新疆生产建设兵团第十三师人武部帮扶黄田农场九连—— 水网润杏林产业兴家园 ■曹卓李君媛解放军报特约通讯员贾广宇盛夏时节，新疆生产建设兵团第十三师人武部帮扶工作组走进结对帮扶的黄田农场九连，察看农作物收成、灌溉供水情况，了解职工群众需求。 “买买提大哥，今年杏子收成怎么样？”一行人来到农户买买提·艾买提家中时，一家人正围坐在桌前喝茶，桌上的果盘里摆着核桃、白杏和苹果。 “今年我们种植20亩白杏，挣了8万元。”说着，买买提将装着白杏的果盘推到帮扶工作组成员面前，“来，尝尝，这就是我们今年的杏子，特别甜！” “今年收成很不错，我们连队600多亩杏收入280多万元。” 一同前来的九连党支部书记马成笑着说。马成介绍，连队杏产业的发展壮大，始于一张灌溉管网的修建。九连地处哈密地区东部戈壁腹地，日照时间长、昼夜温差大，适合发展水果种植产业，但长期以来，扩大杏树种植规模一直面临一个绕不过去的坎——用水成本高。 “当初我们在九连调研时，职工群众反映最多的就是灌溉用水费用高、效益低的问题。”帮扶工作组成员、兵团第十三师人武部政工科干事刘吉良说，当时农户普遍采用露天土渠漫灌的方式，水资源地表蒸发、土层下渗损耗严重。用水问题不解决，产业难发展，乡村难振兴。针对用水问题，帮扶工作组成员和连队两委多次开会讨论，大家集思广益，决定在原有引水渠基础上，修建灌溉管网。2021年，人武部协调资金建设杏树林高效节水滴灌项目，累计铺设供水滴灌管道3000多米。“那段时间，帮扶工作组和工程施工人员一起下工地，每个细节都要盯着，很负责任。”说起建设管网的事，连队农户依曼尔·依明竖起大拇指。一年后，一条惠及33家农户、210亩杏林的灌溉管网建成。相比漫灌，管道灌溉明显减少了水资源的损耗和浪费。依曼尔·依明为笔者算了一笔账：“我们漫灌时，每亩地每年水费2300元，有了灌溉管网后，每亩地水费1100元。一年下来，我家20多亩地总共能节约水费28000元。” 稳定的供水提升了杏树的存活率和挂果率，职工群众的种植热情不断高涨。人武部趁热打铁，协调农技人员来到连队，开展农机操作、果树园艺专项培训，引导村民扩大杏树种植面积。 5年间，连队的杏树种植由210亩扩大到600多亩，九连“庙尔沟小白杏”成为地域特色品牌。一张灌溉管网，不仅滋润了百亩杏林，更滋润着连队职工群众的心田。自从建立对口帮扶关系，每逢春节、古尔邦节等节日，人武部官兵都会带着米面油等物资上门慰问连队困难职工群众。“去年，人武部还帮连队活动室加装LED屏幕，晚上经常播放红色影片、纪录片，我们茶余饭后有了学习、休闲的好去处。”农户吐尔迪·卡迪说。借助邻近庙尔沟景区的优势，农户艾衣沙·克然木带头开办农家乐、白杏采摘园；退役军人瓦哈甫·克然木办起了语言培训班，教维吾尔族群众学汉语，帮助他们扩大白杏销路。“有你们支持，现在大伙都干劲十足，想着怎么能把日子过得更好。”送别帮扶工作组时，马成说，“下次你们再来时，连队肯定又不一样了！”
