四川省军区结对帮扶喜德县火觉莫社区—— 深山彝寨的精彩蝶变 ■鲁银富解放军报记者杨明月夏日，孙水河畔的四川省凉山彝族自治州喜德县火觉莫社区生机勃勃。黄色小楼错落有致，柏油路宽阔平整，“彝海结盟”彩绘在阳光下格外醒目。近年来，在四川省军区帮扶下，这个深山彝寨逐步蝶变为产业特色鲜明、百姓生活富足的大美彝乡。走进社区的八一爱民产业园，只见一串串阳光玫瑰挂满藤架，村民们在藤架间穿梭忙碌。“在家门口就有活干，这工作真不错……”彝族妇女阿的格施高兴地说。 “2019年，省军区牵头协调投入资金，在这里打造了100亩标准化产业园。”四川省军区政治工作局胡干事告诉记者，2020年7月产业园正式投产，每年可提供近300个季节性岗位，让不少村民实现家门口就业。2024年，结合喜德县葡萄产业整体规划，省军区助力园区产业升级，更新优质葡萄品种，效益更加可观。 “现在，产业园已累计开辟村集体分红、土地流转、群众务工等多种增收渠道，让群众享受实实在在的红利。”胡干事说。离开产业园，阿的格施带着记者走进村口的彝绣工作室。几名彝族妇女围坐在一起，边闲聊边飞针走线。银针起落间，彝族特色图案便跃然“布”上。彝绣历史悠久，是承载彝族文化的“指尖非遗”。过去，彝绣只被视为农闲时补贴家用的闲散手艺。该省军区帮扶人员发现这一特色文化资源后，指导村里建起彝绣工作室，组织绣娘参加专业技能培训，还联动电商平台打通线上销路，推动“指尖手艺”向“指尖经济”转型。傍晚时分，社区的文化广场热闹起来，劳作一天的村民们悠闲地休憩。前段时间，喜德县人武部按照省军区2026年度帮扶计划，为这个文化广场增添了不少国防元素。广场两侧的文化墙和宣传栏上，图文并茂展示着人民军队发展历程，吸引不少村民驻足观看。“有部队的持续帮扶，有这么好的产业基础，大伙儿的日子肯定会越过越红火。”社区书记阿的阿沙站在宣传栏前高兴地说。
