“崇军集市”开进营区 8月6日上午，福建省漳州市驻军某部营区里，“崇军集市”热闹开张。集市由漳州市退役军人事务局联合当地拥军商户、志愿者团体等共同举办。集市现场热闹温馨，志愿者颜宝贵的“兵妈妈缝补”摊位前排起长队。有的战士带来袖口开线的上衣，也有的战士拿来膝盖磨得起毛的作训服裤子……短短一上午，颜宝贵现场修补衣服20多件。手机贴膜摊位前也排着队。某手机专卖店志愿者陈彦带着团队，为官兵的手机除尘、清灰、贴膜，一上午几乎没有停过手。“官兵平时外出时间有限，屏幕刮花只能将就，我们把服务送上门，省去了他们的麻烦。”陈彦说。集市上，各类摊位一字排开，把服务送到官兵身边：银行工作人员摆出反诈宣传手册，结合真实案例为官兵讲解各类电信诈骗套路；医疗服务点上，眼科、口腔科医护人员现场巡诊，为官兵检查视力、口腔状况，讲解户外训练实用防护知识；通信公司工作人员带来专属拥军套餐，官兵现场即可办理。在政策咨询区域，漳州市退役军人服务中心工作人员摆开摊位现场答疑，驻军官兵、随军家属纷纷上前咨询退役安置、家属扶持等各项政策，工作人员逐一细致解答，并发放“老兵夜话卡”和政策宣传手册。 “平日里部队训练任务重，官兵衣物破损难修补、日常琐事不方便处理，都是实实在在的难题。”漳州市退役军人事务局工作人员介绍，在军营开办“崇军集市”是漳州市社会化拥军的创新探索，他们将以积极的拥军行动搭建军民沟通桥梁，凝聚起军民同心、共筑国防的强大合力。戴伟国、林艺君摄影报道
