江苏省宜兴市高校着力推进教育拥军退役大学生士兵专科毕业考取研究生解放军报讯江国云、朱迅报道：7月下旬，江苏省无锡工艺职业技术学院陶瓷学院传来喜讯：学院退役复学专科毕业生钱王龙，收到景德镇陶瓷大学设计专业硕士研究生录取通知书。无锡工艺职业技术学院教师石越介绍，钱王龙是该校首位专科毕业直接考取研究生的退役大学生。“跨过专升本直接考取研究生，主要得益于国家‘退役大学生士兵专项硕士研究生招生计划’的政策托举。”石越说，这项政策2016年起实施，在硕士招生总规模内单列下达、专项使用，报考者须为高校学生应征入伍退出现役且符合全国统考条件（含全日制高职专科）。这条单列通道，使专科毕业的退役大学生士兵得以与一般本科考生“错位竞争”。钱王龙2020年9月在校期间应征入伍，成为一名驻香港部队战士，入伍第一年就因表现突出受到嘉奖。2022年钱王龙退役复学，并决定考研。准备考研的一年多中，钱王龙在学校教师指导下强化专业课程学习、补齐英语短板，最终在考试中闯关成功。 “我校从2024年到2026年为部队输送大学生士兵超过100人，已有50多名学生退役复学。”石越介绍，学校为每名入伍学生安排专属联络员，持续关注学生服役期间表现，并为他们规划毕业后的发展路径。今年6月，学校还与宜兴市退役军人事务局合作，在校内建成高校退役军人服务站，进一步筑牢高校教育拥军的基础。
