●始终把党性原则放在首位，既对自身严格要求，也敢于同一切违反原则的人和事作坚决斗争所谓“较真”，通常指不解决问题不撒手的执着态度，不随波逐流、不人云亦云的工作原则。较真精神，是共产党人应有的政治品格。许多广受赞誉的优秀共产党员身上都有一种鲜明特质，就是敢于较真。正因如此，他们才能解决那些不好解决的问题，办成那些难以办成的事情，取得令人瞩目的成绩，在攻坚克难中不断推动事业发展。上世纪80年代，黄克诚同志发现一名老部下动用公款请客后，照样硬起手腕处理。面对他人说情，黄克诚直言“越是老部下，才越要严格要求，不然怎么服众”。这种较真精神，彰显的是共产党人讲党性不讲私情的政治自觉。党员干部唯有始终保持较真精神、认真态度，才能在大是大非面前站稳立场，在诱惑考验面前挺直腰杆，赢得群众发自内心的信任与拥护。现实中，一些工作部署在落实中走样变形，一些制度规定在执行中打了折扣，一个重要原因就是部分党员干部缺乏较真精神。有的奉行“多栽花、少栽刺”的庸俗哲学，不讲原则讲关系，不看制度看面子；有的干事缺乏进取心，遇到一点阻力就敷衍了事、得过且过；还有的存在畏难情绪，面对棘手矛盾绕道而行，不愿啃“硬骨头”。他们之所以不愿较真、不敢较真，归根结底是“私”字作祟，凡事不是为大局考虑，而是从一己私利出发，唯恐较真损害了个人利益，这不是共产党员应有的样子。真正的共产党员，应是心底无私，始终把党性原则放在首位，既对自身严格要求，也敢于同一切违反原则的人和事作坚决斗争。锤炼敢于较真的精神，首要在于筑牢思想根基，勤掸思想之尘，破除私心杂念，摒弃明哲保身的消极心态，在大是大非面前敢于亮剑，在原则底线面前寸步不让。其次要砥砺务实作风，摒弃“差不多”的错误观念，对既定目标紧盯不放、一抓到底，把“较真”二字体现在每一件具体工作中。再者要强化斗争历练，主动投身急难险重任务一线，在破解现实难题中磨砺斗争意志、增长斗争本领，不断涵养敢于较真碰硬的品格。较真有边界，出发点是为公，落脚点是推动事业发展。面对原则性、根本性问题，必须立场坚定、分毫不让；面对无关大局的日常琐事，则应涵养容人容事的胸襟雅量。要做到既有敢于斗争的锋芒，又有团结同志的格局。
