“8·15”——人类历史值得铭记的日子：81年前的今天，日本宣布无条件投降。这一天，正义战胜了邪恶，光明驱散了黑暗；这一天，写满苦难辉煌，也见证浴血荣光。回望那场长达14年的艰苦卓绝的斗争，在中国共产党倡导建立的抗日民族统一战线旗帜下，四万万中国人民，5098天不屈抗争，以铮铮铁骨战强敌，取得近代以来反抗外敌入侵的第一次完全胜利。抗战的胜利，不仅是河山光复，更是精神重塑，开辟了中华民族伟大复兴的光明前景。昭昭前事，惕惕后人。战争的硝烟早已散去，但战争留给中国人民的记忆刻骨铭心、带给中国人民的启示刻骨铭心。习主席深刻指出，中华民族走出苦难、中国人民实现解放，有赖于一支英雄的人民军队；中华民族实现伟大复兴，中国人民实现更加美好生活，必须加快把人民军队建设成为世界一流军队。这是80多年前那场伟大胜利的正义结论，也是一支强大军队与民族复兴之间的必然逻辑。铭记历史，是为了更好地开创未来。广大官兵要大力弘扬伟大抗战精神，牢记职责使命，振奋革命精神，凝聚奋进力量，全力以赴打好实现建军一百年奋斗目标攻坚战，加快把人民军队建成世界一流军队，为以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供坚强战略支撑。
