新华社北京8月14日电作为2026年亚太经合组织（APEC）东道主，中方将于8月17日至28日在辽宁省大连市举办APEC第三次高官会及相关会议。外交部发言人郭嘉昆14日应询介绍了会议筹备情况。郭嘉昆说，此次会议是出席人员规模最大、活动场次最多的一次高官会，将推动APEC框架下各领域、各机制达成更多合作成果，为11月领导人会议做好准备。郭嘉昆说，会议期间将举行高官会全会以及高官会下设委员会会议、工作组会和研讨会等相关会议，涉及贸易、交通、粮食、海关、科技、能源、卫生、减灾、反腐败等多个领域，包括近130场会议活动。预计将有来自APEC各成员经济体、秘书处、工商咨询理事会、太平洋经济合作理事会等2300余名代表与会。 “会议举办地大连是东北地区对外开放的窗口城市，产业基础雄厚、营商环境优良、区位优势突出、风景秀美宜居。”郭嘉昆说，欢迎各位记者朋友密切跟踪报道第三次高官会及相关会议，继续关注和支持APEC“中国年”。
