新华社北京8月14日电外交部发言人郭嘉昆14日表示，黄岩岛是中国固有领土。中方敦促美方停止在南海渲染紧张、挑动对抗，停止再拿非法无效的“裁决”说事，停止借涉海问题污蔑抹黑中国。有记者问：据报道，当地时间8月8日，美国务院发言人发表声明，反对中国在黄岩岛设立“国家级自然保护区”，并阻止菲律宾渔民进入他们的“传统渔场”，如2016年“南海仲裁案裁决”所反映的那样。中方对此有何回应？ “黄岩岛是中国固有领土。建立并管理黄岩岛国家级自然保护区是中方主权范围内的事，美方无权说三道四，更无权依据非法无效的‘南海仲裁案裁决’为菲律宾说项。”郭嘉昆说，中方敦促美方停止在南海渲染紧张、挑动对抗，停止再拿非法无效的“裁决”说事，停止借涉海问题污蔑抹黑中国。
