●甘于当好事业发展的“铺路石”，在默默耕耘中积蓄力量，于坚守奉献中实现价值老艺术家游本昌在出演电视剧《济公》之前，在近30年中演了79个角色，其中77个都是配角。每一个小角色，游本昌都认真对待，仔细揣摩人物的特征，把一个个戏份不多的人物演绎得入木三分。游本昌的故事告诉我们，当好“配角”亦能出彩。在部队，也有很多隐于幕后、很少在聚光灯下的“配角”岗位。身处这些岗位，也要默默耕耘、躬身实干，努力在平凡岗位干出不凡业绩。舞台之上，配角托举整场戏的完整演绎；强军路上，平凡岗位支撑着强军事业行稳致远。粟裕同志就曾以演戏举例，告诫部属“不可小瞧配角”，他在给陈毅、张鼎丞当副手时，积极配合工作、自觉补台，不仅成就了事业，也留下了甘当配角的佳话。广大官兵应当端正思想认识，跳出“只想当主角、不愿做配角”的思想误区，正确看待岗位分工，甘于当好事业发展的“铺路石”，在默默耕耘中积蓄力量，于坚守奉献中实现价值。当好“配角”，关键要认真对待。岗位平凡并不意味着履职平庸，工作可以降低标准。火箭军一级军士长邱国绪多次在实弹演训任务中担任备份号手，他给自己定下严苛的训练标准，反复钻研每一处操作细节，确保任何环节出现问题都能立即顶上。备份不是备而不用，配角绝非次要角色。广大官兵要立足岗位深耕细作，沉得下心、稳得住神，脚踏实地、埋头苦干，确保工作标准不降，以严实作风对待每一项任务，以过硬标准落实每一个细节，如此才能收获成长进步，把事业干出彩。当好“配角”，还要敢于突破创新。有人认为，“配角”岗位技术含量低，大多是一些按部就班的套路程式，很难出新出彩。其实不然。“配角”岗位大多直面练兵备战一线，最清楚关乎战斗力建设的堵点难点在哪里，这恰是工作创新的突破口。在基层部队，不少官兵立足普通战位深耕细研，有的优化装备检修流程，大幅缩短保障时长；有的梳理执勤经验，有效提升备战质效；有的立足岗位开展小革新、小创造，破解训练难题，补齐战斗力短板。这样看来，即使身处“配角”岗位，只要用心钻研、主动创新，打破思维定式、摆脱路径依赖，同样能干出一番成绩，为强军事业添砖加瓦。
