毒蚁虽微莫轻视 ■何家龙解放军报特约记者陈鑫野外驻训期间，战士小刘发现了一个新“敌人”——蚂蚁。那天战术训练后，他感觉手臂一阵火辣辣的刺痛，撸起袖子一看，胳膊上出现了几个红疙瘩，又痛又痒。他没当回事，谁知不到半小时，全身泛起红疹，呼吸也变得不畅。卫生员赶到后，确诊为红火蚁叮咬引发的过敏反应，幸亏送医及时才脱离危险。事后小刘后怕不已，没想到被蚂蚁咬一口会这么严重。野外驻训场上，毒蚁是容易被低估的威胁。如果被红火蚁这类毒蚁咬伤，可能会引发严重过敏反应，甚至威胁生命。下面，我们结合驻训环境和毒蚁特点，为战友们介绍预防毒蚁叮咬的相关知识。为什么驻训场上容易遇到毒蚁？夏季是红火蚁、举腹蚁等毒蚁的繁殖活跃期。官兵在野外进行匍匐、隐蔽、据枪等训练时，身体频繁接触地面，一不小心就会惊扰蚁巢。这些毒蚁领地意识强、攻击性强，被惊扰后会沿着人的皮肤爬行并反复蜇刺、注入毒液。被咬后处理不当，比咬伤本身更危险。不少战友不认识毒蚁，被咬伤后如采取抹牙膏、涂风油精、直接用手拍等错误处置方法，反而会刺激它注入更多毒液。如果把叮咬处的脓疱挑破，还会导致二次感染。常见毒蚁主要有红火蚁、举腹蚁、猛蚁，颜色多为棕褐色，叮咬后痛感强烈。一旦被毒蚁咬伤，不要慌张，可按照“离洗敷观医”五字诀处置。离。快速离开蚁群区域，用硬卡片轻刮去除体表残留蚂蚁，别用手捏压拍打。洗。用肥皂水或清水反复冲洗叮咬处至少10分钟，中和毒液的酸性成分。敷。用冰袋或冷毛巾冷敷叮咬处15~20分钟，以收缩血管、抑制炎症扩散。观。持续观察全身状态，若出现荨麻疹、胸闷气短等症状，应立即呼叫卫勤人员。医。在军医指导下规范用药，保持脓疱表皮完整，切勿挑破以防感染。如果被叮咬后出现喉头水肿、呼吸困难、意识模糊等严重过敏反应，必须第一时间就医，绝不能留在原地观察等待。野外驻训的“敌人”，不光在演训场上，像毒蚁这样藏在身边的小家伙同样需要警惕。战友们在野外驻训期间要注意做好防护，防止毒蚁叮咬。比如，宿营区周围撒石灰粉形成阻隔，副食品密封存放、食物残渣及时清理，睡前把衣被抖一抖、鞋袜倒一倒，别给毒蚁藏身的机会。
