海军某部举办长征沿线对口援建学校师资培训班暨海娃夏令营—— 课堂“加钢” 童心“向海” ■高祖胜夏令营活动中，陕西延安希望小学和贵州仁怀长岗小学学生参观天津市一处国防教育基地。图为海军某部战士为学生讲解古代水师装备知识。晋成摄渤海湾的晨雾还未散尽，海军某部营区的起床号准时响起。不同于往日的操练，这天操场上传来的声音稚嫩却铿锵——“一、二、三、四！”呼喊口号的不是水兵，而是穿着海魂衫的孩子们。 7月19日，该部营区同时挂起两块牌子：长征沿线对口援建学校师资培训班、海娃夏令营。参加活动的16名骨干教师和19名学生来自陕西延安希望小学和贵州仁怀长岗小学。这两所学校，是该部对口援建的长征沿线学校。今年暑期，该部举办师资培训班暨学生夏令营，一边给课堂“加钢”，一边引童心“向海”。天津大学马克思主义学院副教授程斯宇受邀为老师们上课。一堂沉浸式课堂示范课，延安希望小学语文教师冯媛媛录下20多分钟的视频。“我看到动态课件里，长征路线随着时间推移逐渐浮现，原本抽象的时间和空间重叠，学生们更容易读懂。”冯媛媛说。在心理守护能力提升训练课上，长岗小学党支部副书记王朝鸿在笔记本上写下“先建心房，再建课堂”8个字。“长岗927个学生里，有110个留守儿童，这句话我得带回去，让所有老师都领会到培育孩子完善人格的重要性。”王朝鸿说。走出营区，老师们来到南开大学红蓝融合研究中心，参观“大模型”赋能“大思政”的最新成果；走进周恩来邓颖超纪念馆，师生共同在“翔宇课堂”聆听周恩来领导南昌起义的革命往事。学生们的夏令营也十分精彩——全国优秀教师、最美乡村教师刘月升为来自老区的学生们带来一堂航天模型课，学生们在老师指导下，亲自动手为航母设计“未来装备”。旗语课上，延安希望小学五年级学生韩玉泽挥动旗帜，圆满完成旗语训练。课程结束后，她告诉校长周三红：“海军哥哥说，旗语是在海上用的。将来我也想当海军战士，在船上打旗语！” 5天的课程和夏令营活动，老师和学生们有着各自的收获。长岗小学教师杨远霞掂了掂开营那天发下的书袋，里面沉甸甸地装满了这几天的讲义和笔记。 “这里装满了我的收获，回去以后，它们都会变成孩子们的新知识、新本领。”杨远霞说。展开书袋，左上角绣着一行小字，道出这次活动的主旨：“薪火相传，助学兴教。”
