朝阳初升，记者走进西部战区空军某部结对帮扶的新疆维吾尔自治区和田市吐沙拉镇昆冈村。村道两旁，蜀葵、月季、黄花迎风摇曳，竞相绽放；村民家的庭院里，瓜果飘香、鸡鸭成群，一派生机勃勃。同行的该部干部告诉记者，这座地处塔克拉玛干沙漠边缘的村庄，过去村民主要靠编织地毯、种植葡萄和圈养牲畜为生。 2016年，该部结对帮扶昆冈村。从那时起，该部官兵便带着“帮资金、帮技术、帮销路”的理念，在这片边陲热土上开启脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的“接力跑”。如何让有限的土地产生更大经济效益？经过深入调研，该部帮助村里调整产业发展模式，引导村民依托自家庭院，按照“因地制宜、一户一策”的思路，大力发展“庭院经济”——根据每家每户的实际情况，帮助村民搭建葡萄架、整修棚圈禽舍、升级庭院硬件，合理规划生活区、养殖区、种植区，变“方寸地”为“增收园”。走进村民麦提托合提·肉孜家的小院，整齐的菜畦里辣椒、茄子、黄瓜等长势喜人，院内的葡萄架上挂满了晶莹剔透的果实。站在“美丽庭院示范户”的牌子下，麦提托合提笑着给记者算了笔账：“以前院子就这么空着，怪可惜的。后来，部队请来农技专家，教大家怎么合理布局、科学种植。现在光靠院子里这些蔬菜和葡萄，每年就能收入四五千元。” 村党支部书记艾力告诉记者，结对帮扶以来，官兵定期进村入户，帮助村民维修加固棚架、除草浇水，鼓励村民从“要我干”变为“我要干”，村里的产业发展势头越来越好。庭院种得出，还得卖得好。为帮助村民拓宽产品销路，该部党委提出将消费帮扶作为激活“庭院经济”的关键举措——在部队营区设立“军营大巴扎”，组织村民定期带着自家的蔬菜、瓜果、禽蛋等前来销售。傍晚时分，微风带着泥土的清香，吹进座座农家院落。该部援建的太阳能路灯依次点亮，洒下一片光明。望着这一片升腾乡村烟火气的景象，该部一名领导感慨地说：“‘小切口’撬动‘大民生’，让方寸庭院充满生机。只要军民携手同心，乡亲们的日子一定会越来越红火！”
