为全面提升基层保卫委员、思想骨干履职质效，储备高素质专业文体人才，海军某部精心组织 “两支队伍” 集训暨文化骨干集中培训。来自基层各单位百余名保卫委员、思想骨干及文体特长骨干齐聚一堂，围绕骨干履职实务、球类赛事组织执裁、播音主持技能、声乐表演技巧等核心内容，以法规领学、专题授课、课目实践、交流互学等多种形式展开系统性训练。在 “两支队伍” 骨干集训环节，集训队紧贴基层实际设置多样化导调科目，通过模拟各类复杂突发场景，全方位锤炼参训人员应急处置、临场应变的综合能力。播音主持教学现场，授课老师从发音要领、语言表达到主持技巧悉心传授，帮助参训人员规范发音、提升语言感染力。课程结束后，集训队及时开展总结复盘，全体学员逐一上台，分享岗位经验、畅谈学习心得，在互学互鉴中凝聚共识、补齐短板。下一步，该部将持续深化骨干培育体系，常态化开展精准指导，不断夯实人才队伍根基，为部队高质量发展注入强劲文化动能与坚实人才支撑。
