在树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育中，很多单位倡导“马上就办、真抓实干”的工作作风。但“马上”之快从哪来？好事实事怎样能办好、办实？这是一道需要广大党员干部认真作答的考题。 “马上办”既是一种作风，也是一种能力。倘若缺少平日练就的真本领，“马上办”就容易变成仓促应对、表面应付。比如，有的单位对官兵诉求回复得快，跟进解决却拖泥带水；有的面对问题，开会发文响应迅速，末端问效却没了下文。这种浮在面上的快，看似雷厉风行，实则无法真正解决问题，有时甚至拖成了基层官兵的挠头事。既要“马上办”，又要“办得实”。党员干部唯有平时勇于在实践锻炼中经风雨、见世面、长才干，把服务官兵、解难帮困的功夫练在平时，关键时刻方能高效处置、把事办好。由此可见，平时勤练真本领，才能出实绩，各项工作才能取信于兵、推动发展、赢得点赞。
