新华社北京7月30日电（记者吴梦桐、马卓言）外交部发言人毛宁30日表示，全面销毁日遗化武是日方不容推卸的历史、政治和法律责任。中方强烈敦促日方加快日遗化武处置进程，早日彻底清除日遗化武毒害。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：7月30日是《中华人民共和国政府和日本国政府关于销毁中国境内日本遗弃化学武器的备忘录》签署27周年纪念日。发言人能否介绍一下相关工作进展以及中方关切？ “日本遗弃在华化学武器是日本军国主义在侵华战争期间犯下的严重罪行之一，时至今日仍在危害中国人民生命财产和生态环境安全，全面销毁日遗化武是日方不容推卸的历史、政治和法律责任。”毛宁说。毛宁指出，日方本应按照《禁止化学武器公约》规定和中日政府间备忘录要求，于2007年完成日遗化武销毁。但日方履约诚意不足、投入不够，销毁计划已4次逾期。日遗化武处置进程严重滞后，日遗化武安全隐患持续存在。 “中方强烈敦促日方全面忠实履行公约和中日政府间备忘录规定的责任义务，尽快提供有效埋藏线索信息，加快日遗化武处置进程，早日彻底清除日遗化武毒害，还中国人民以净土。”毛宁说。
