新华社北京7月30日电（记者谢希瑶、潘洁）针对近期中欧双方保持密集磋商的进展情况，商务部新闻发言人何亚东在30日举行的例行新闻发布会上说，中欧贸易投资磋商机制首次会议上，双方就“稳定、平衡的中欧关键贸易伙伴”这个新定位达成共识，并初步商定今年秋季举行磋商机制第二次会议。 “一个月以来，我们积极落实首次会议成果共识，全力筹备第二次会议，对内密集协调，对外保持高频次、多层级磋商。”何亚东介绍，近期，商务部部长王文涛与欧盟委员会贸易和经济安全委员谢夫乔维奇通过互致信函等方式保持密切沟通，指导双方团队有序推进工作。商务部副部长凌激与欧委会贸易和经济安全总司副总司长雷东内两次视频谈判，多次交换信息，力争平衡解决彼此关切。中欧双方工作团队已分别开展20余次磋商，四个工作组就彼此经贸诉求开展深入、专业沟通交流。何亚东表示，中方愿与欧方继续保持高频次沟通，相互尊重、相向而行，探讨解决经贸领域各自关切的务实可行方案，推动中欧贸易向上平衡、向前发展，保持中欧关键贸易伙伴关系稳定和平衡。
