习主席强调：“业绩都是干出来的，真干才能真出业绩、出真业绩。”党员干部树立和践行正确政绩观，很重要的一条，就是多练“功力”，少恋“功利”。功利，是盯着短期显绩、盘算个人得失的浮躁心态；功力，是沉下心锤炼本领、扑下身真抓实干的持久付出。军事领域的竞争是实打实的较量，如果没有日复一日深耕的功力，总想追求立竿见影的功利，干事创业就容易浮在表面，战场打赢自然无从谈起。多练“功力”，贵在持之以恒；少恋“功利”，重在校准初心。军队党员干部特别是领导干部应始终坚持战斗力这个唯一的根本的标准，紧盯官兵急盼、战场急需，多下一线摸实情、多到基层解难题，把功夫下在破解备战难点、补齐建设短板上；聚焦部队长远建设发展，以“功成不必在我”的胸襟和“功成必定有我”的担当，不断创造经得起官兵评判、实战检验、历史考验的实绩，推动新时代强军事业行稳致远。
