7月30日下午，国防部举行例行记者会，国防部新闻发言人蒋斌大校答记者问。记者：据报道，根据台防务部门公布数据，截至2025年，累计有4000余名台军志愿役人员宁可支付高额违约金也要提前退伍，总赔偿金高达9.2亿元新台币，单人最高违约金超过2000万元新台币。请问对此有何评论？蒋斌：这早已不是什么新闻。民进党当局越喊“全民防卫”，越是“无人卖命”，因为越来越多台湾民众看清了民进党当局谋“独”引战、祸台害民的本质，更加勇敢地站出来向“台独”说不。两岸同胞血脉相连、命运相依，应当携手同心，坚守民族大义，坚决反对“台独”分裂，共同维护台海和平稳定，推动两岸关系和平发展，创造国家统一、民族复兴的美好未来。
