What is China's comment? 蒋斌：日本遗弃在华化学武器是日本军国主义在侵华战争期间犯下的严重罪行之一，尽早全面彻底销毁日遗化武是日方不容推卸的历史、政治和法律责任，是《禁止化学武器公约》规定的国际义务。根据《公约》设定的时限和中日政府备忘录规定，日方应在2007年完成中国境内所有日遗化武销毁，却一再消极敷衍，导致销毁计划4次逾期。 Jiang Bin:Abandoning chemical weapons in China is one of the heinous crimes committed by Japanese militarists during their war of aggression against China.
