做永葆本色的合格党员 ■胡盛喜习主席指出，“党员是党的肌体的细胞。党的先进性和纯洁性要靠千千万万党员的先进性和纯洁性来体现”。作为党的一分子，每名党员都要深入学习贯彻习近平党建思想，落实新时代党的建设总要求，做永葆本色的合格党员。新时代，合格党员的标准就是“讲政治、有信念，讲规矩、有纪律，讲道德、有品行，讲奉献、有作为”。这“四讲四有”，从政治素养、纪律意识、道德品行、能力素质等方面，勾勒出合格党员的时代肖像。只有按照这一标准实干笃行，党员才能做到心中有信仰、手中有戒尺、干事有担当。一名党员就是一面旗帜，成为合格党员从来不是一蹴而就、一劳永逸的，必须始终以党员标准严格要求自己，以实际行动践行入党誓言，在持续加强革命性锻造中强化党的意识、党章意识、党员意识，坚定理想信念，加强党性修养，以模范带头树立形象威信，永葆共产党人的政治本色。
