“好状态”根植于行动力 ■陈铭杨 前段时间我和连里的一名战士谈心,他对自己最近的状态不太满意,说到学习静不下心,训练也提不起劲,总想着等自己的状态调整好了,再好好努力。可半个月过去了,状态不仅没有好转,反而因为落下的训练和功课越积越多,变得更加焦虑了。从这名战士的经历中,不难发现一个道理:如果总想等自己有了好状态后再出发,恰恰失去了摆脱低迷的最佳途径,须知当下的行动力才是获得“好状态”的不二法门。 有句话说得好:“完美的状态不是行动的前提,而是行动的结果。”很多时候,我们做事前会陷入一个误区:要先有“完美状态”才开始动手。比如想学一门新技能,收集了很多资料,却迟迟没有动手,总想着“等我什么时候有空了再学习”,结果往往没有等到想要的状态,学习的事情也一直拖延,最终不了了之。 事实上,真正的好状态,从来都不是等来的,而是在一步步的行动中创造出来的。我曾经带过两个同年入伍的战士,在某次军事比武中,都曾遭遇过严重的“状态低谷”。一名战士越练越没信心,想着“等心态调整好了再去拼”,于是训练敷衍了事,比武结果也不如人意。另一名战士也同样着急,但他并没有停下来,而是每天早上第一个出现在训练场上,反复练习每一个课目。他说:“我控制不了脑子里的杂念,但我能控制自己的手脚。”就这样,在日复一日的坚持中,他慢慢找回了自己的节奏和状态,最终在比武中拿下个人单项第一。前者是困于心理内耗不能自拔,后者则是行动催生出破局之力。 这种由行动改变状态的现象,在心理学上叫“行为激活疗法”,认为人的情绪会随着行动而改变,而不是相反。也就是说,当你开始做一件事的时候,大脑的注意力会从“我感觉不好”转移到“我正在做什么”,之前迷茫、焦虑、拖延等负面情绪就会在行动中逐渐减弱,从而建立起正向反馈机制。 因此,只要我们坚持在行动中不断调整状态、改进方法,不被一时失利所困扰,就一定会有翻盘的可能。我身边有一位新连长,第一次组织战术训练时就出了岔子,跟教导员检讨说“想等到准备好了再带训”,而教导员却劝勉他:“没有谁天生就会带兵,能力都是在事上磨出来的。”于是,他咬着牙重新开始,每次带训都提前准备好教案,向有经验的老班长请教,结束后逐个找战士谈心复盘。在一次次的实践和修正中,他的组训能力越来越强,最终赢得了战士们的认可。后来这位连长感慨:“原来我以为要等状态满分时才能上场,没想到上场之后,状态才会慢慢满分。” 人生没有所谓的“完美时刻”,即使强者也不会永远都是状态在线、能量满格。只要我们善于把焦虑转化为动力,用行动驱散内心的迷茫与内耗,那么想要的好状态自然就会到来。
