“这次比武能夺冠，朱班长提出的‘分模块训练法’功不可没！”总结会上，我热情地为二班班长朱亚信点赞。看到如今全排团结一致，我感到很欣慰。然而，就在几个月前，排里还是另外一种氛围。当时，我初任排长，便跟着连队参加上级组织的演练。我们排的任务是夺占某高地。为圆满完成任务，行动前，我带着骨干反复研究作战方案。 “步兵在坦克后跟进，保持步坦协同节奏，配合工兵分队清除障碍，而后向‘敌’阵地快速推进。”充分研判战场环境后，我定下全排的基本战法。 “排长，任务区域地形起伏较大，保持您说的距离会影响步坦协同的灵活性，建议缩小一半。” 对于王瑞斌的“异议”，我不以为然。一方面，是因为我在院校系统学习过相关课程，理论基础扎实，且经过几次推演，对自己的方案非常自信；另一方面，则是觉得自己身为指挥员的“专业权威”受到了挑战，不愿自我否定，当众丢面子。所以，我以教材上就是这么写的，数据也都验证过为由，否定了王瑞斌的建议。见我坚持己见，王瑞斌欲言又止。当我就战斗协同、作战保障、指挥通联等方面征求意见时，再无人发言。自认为方案完美无瑕，我立即组织全排进行模拟训练。然而训练结果却出乎意料。因地形复杂，步兵班组始终无法与坦克保持有效协同，战术配合显得十分笨拙。训练间隙，我无意间听到两个战士小声嘀咕：“王班长意见是对的，把距离拉近点才能有效协同……” 晚上，我回去翻看教材，赫然发现上面写着：“步坦协同距离需根据地形灵活调整，通常在以下的区间……” 这句话无异于“当头棒喝”。我不只记错了教材，还自以为是，否决了合理建议。回想起会上的鸦雀无声，我不禁脸上发烫。次日一早，我集合全排，向大家坦陈错误：“昨天训练出现的问题，责任在我。教材上规定的距离是参考值，我却把它当成了死规定。”随后，结合王瑞斌等几个老班长的建议，排里根据任务区域地形特点，灵活调整了步坦协同距离，提升了训练协同效率，最终在演练中顺利完成既定任务，得到上级肯定。如今，“大家怎么看”成了我的口头禅。无论是训练还是工作，我都会充分听取大家的意见，结合实际情况进行调整优化。在大家的共同努力下，全排工作积极性持续高涨，建设水平也稳步提高。这段经历让我明白，带兵人的威信，从来不是职务带来的。敢于承认“我不懂”“我错了”，展现求真务实的作风和尊重专业的态度，也是带兵人不可或缺的素质。当我们愿意承认自己的局限，真诚向战士学习时，收获的不仅是更好的训练成效，更是官兵之间坚不可摧的信任。
