新华社北京7月28日电（记者马卓言、吴梦桐）据报道，日本东京地方检察厅完成对持刀闯入中国驻日本使馆的自卫队现役官员的精神鉴定，认定其具有刑事责任能力，已对其提起公诉。外交部发言人林剑28日就此答问时表示，中方再次敦促日方彻查整改、反思纠错，深挖背后根源，向中方和国际社会作出负责任交代。 “日本自卫队现役官员村田晃大非法持刀闯入中国驻日本使馆案件发生已经过去4个月，日方不顾中方多次严正交涉，以所谓‘精神鉴定’等各种借口一再拖延调查处置，不及时严惩凶犯，中方对此强烈不满。”林剑说。他指出，一段时间以来，威胁中国驻日本使领馆安全的恶性事件仍时有发生。很多日本国内和国际社会有识之士指出，这一系列危险动向反映出当前日本存在诸多深层问题，包括日本国内右翼势力猖獗，理性声音受到压制，正确的历史教育严重缺失，安保政策朝着进攻性、扩张性方向转变，自卫队内部失管失教。 “日方任何避重就轻、淡化处理，都是在纵容和助长此类不正之风，最终将给日本自身和地区造成极大危害，国际社会必须高度警惕。我们再次敦促日方彻查整改、反思纠错，深挖背后根源，向中方和国际社会作出负责任交代。”林剑说。
