课堂第一排，该由谁来坐 ■江正张金龙初夏的一天，陆军某团某连学习室里，教育课还没开始，指导员郑万斐就发现，座位又是老样子——老兵一进门，就习惯性地往后排坐，最靠近讲台的第一排，只零星坐着几名刚下连的列兵。老兵和骨干很少有人主动往前凑，第一排好像成了新兵的“专属席位”。为什么大家都不愿意坐前排？“坐在前排太显眼，常被点名提问，还总怕坐姿不端正挨批评，一堂课下来浑身紧绷着”“有时上课看不见您和连长的身影，忍不住就想偷会懒”……听了大家的真实想法，郑指导员有点生气：“连长和我不在场，你们就可以不认真学吗？”可话没出口，又转念一想——是啊，身为连队主官，自己有时也缺席，又怎能要求战士们全身心投入？课后，郑指导员找到连长，两个人带着问题深刻反思：以往开展教育，连主官要么在台上讲课，要么在后排巡视，有时觉得工作忙，临时缺席一次好像也没什么大不了，课堂就交由值班员负责组织，很少以参与者的身份坐在台下听课。课堂的第一排，到底该留给谁？指导员和连长意见一致：恰恰应该是身为党员干部的自己。要求战士做到的，主官先做出好样子，才能真正把专注听讲的标尺立起来。两人当场定下规矩：如无特殊情况，今后的教育课、理论学习，两名主官必须到场坐到第一排，当学生、当听众，带头听课提问、参与互动，既当组织者，也当参与者。以往总以“工作忙”为由缺席，如今两人开始主动调整工作节奏，把教育时间真正留了出来。起初，全连官兵对两名主官如此做法都有些不习惯：指导员在台上讲，连长挺直腰板坐在第一排，边听边记；理论骨干上台分享时，两名主官则并排坐在最前面，不时举手提问、交流体会，有时还为一个小观点讨论几句，课堂气氛一下子就活了起来。下士小张坦言：“连长和指导员端端正正坐在我们面前一起上课，听得比我们还认真，自己再也不好意思开小差了。” 就这样，教育课的前排再没空过。越来越多的战士开始调整座次坐到前排，一位老班长也直接坐到第一排，还笑着说：“前面听得清楚，也方便随时提问。”原本少有人坐的前排，就这样被大家坐满。有人曾问郑指导员：“你们每节课都坐第一排，不怕有战士在身后开小差？”郑指导员回答得很坦诚：“咱当主官的都缩在后面，凭什么要求战士往前坐？”他顿了顿，又说，“带兵要带头，就要信得过身后的战士。说实在的，把后背交给战士们，比站在后面盯着，心里踏实多了，课堂效果也确实大不一样。”
