西部战区总医院为九旬抗美援朝老兵周全弟提供康复治疗—— 殷殷深情暖桑榆 ■王子冰杨谷川医务人员上门看望老兵周全弟（中）。王子冰摄 “肩膀能动了，颈后也不痛了，现在全身感到松快……”西部战区总医院治疗室内，92岁老兵周全弟刚刚做完一场磁场刺激治疗。他晃动着残缺的左臂，向医护人员愉快地表达谢意。这位“冰雕连”老兵，16岁便随部队渡过鸭绿江入朝作战。在长津湖战役黄草岭阻击战中，周全弟和战友身着单薄棉衣，以雪充饥，在冰天雪地中坚守阵地三天三夜。冲锋号响起时，他因严重冻伤导致肢体坏死，虽经全力救治保住了生命，但不得不截去双腿和双臂，被评定为一级伤残军人。战争的创伤虽伴随终身，但这位“冰雕连”老兵的钢铁意志从未消沉。周全弟数十年如一日，用残臂夹笔苦练书法，形成独特的“抱笔书法”，作品广受赞誉。然而，随着年事渐高，当年颈肩战伤后遗症与肩周炎反复发作，一度让他难以提笔，日常生活也备受困扰。 “革命伤残军人是人民的英雄、国家的功臣，作为军队医院，我们应为他们的晚年健康倾注更多关爱。”2022年初，西部战区总医院组织专家团队来到周全弟所在的革命伤残军人休养院巡诊。在细致问诊、查体摸排中，他们了解到周全弟的颈肩症状，判定普通的单一治疗无法完全缓解病痛。为此，医院迅速启动多学科联动诊疗机制，集结疼痛科、康复医学科、营养科、全科医学科等科室骨干医师，组建专项诊疗小组，为老人开展联合会诊。专家组细致梳理老人数十年病史，全面评估身体机能，针对止痛祛症、机能修复、慢病养护、营养调理等多重需求，为其量身定制个性化、精细化、长效化的康复诊疗方案。首次系统治疗后，周全弟的颈肩疼痛就得到显著缓解。去年7月，周全弟旧伤再次发作，以往坚持生活自理的老兵不得不依靠护理人员帮助才能进食。得知这一情况，医院召集中医科、疼痛科、神经内科的专家第一时间赶到，迅速查明病因。中医科医师当场进行推拿和针灸治疗，疼痛科医师则使用冲击波治疗仪进行深度理疗，使老人的疼痛得到缓解。时值抗美援朝战争胜利72周年，老兵欣然抱笔挥毫，郑重写下“初心不改奋斗不止”的书法条幅，赠予医院以示感谢。近年来，医院不仅定期派专家为周全弟等伤残老兵提供康复治疗，更将驻地集中供养的170名革命伤残军人纳入优先就诊名单，建立挂号、就诊、检查、治疗、取药、入院全流程绿色通道。在此基础上，他们与当地革命伤残军人休养院合作，牵头制订并出台《光荣院供养服务规范》《重度伤残军人集中供养服务规范》等专项标准，填补了革命伤残军人集中供养领域的制度空白。据初步统计，截至目前，西部战区总医院已成功转诊救治抗战老兵45人次，完成专项康复手术3台次。医院领导表示，将持续深化与当地革命伤残军人休养院结对共建机制，不断提升优抚医疗保障能力，用心用情守护好每一位为国奉献的老兵，让他们安享健康、温暖的幸福晚年。
