新华社比什凯克7月27日电（记者黄河江宥林）2026上海合作组织媒体智库峰会27日在吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克开幕。其间，中共中央党校（国家行政学院）国家高端智库、新华社国家高端智库联合发布《习近平党建思想的时代特质与世界意义》智库报告吉尔吉斯文、俄文版，深入阐述中国共产党之所以能够不断铸就辉煌的优秀特质和关键密码。报告全文约3万字，系统阐释了习近平党建思想的生成脉络、精髓要义、理论品格与世界意义，深度解码百年大党长盛不衰、不断发展壮大的根本密钥。报告强调，中国共产党是为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的党，也是为人类谋进步、为世界谋大同的党。习近平党建思想站在人类政治文明发展的高度，基于对当下和未来世界的思考和对中国共产党实践的总结，为世界各国政党特别是全球南方国家政党建设提供了重要启迪。出席峰会的上合组织媒体智库专家学者对报告给予高度评价，认为报告是面向上合组织地区解读习近平党建思想的重要成果，既系统总结百年大党自我建设的原创性理论与实践路径，又直面全球政党普遍面临的执政考验，是上合组织框架下政党对话、学术研究不可或缺的核心文献。与会嘉宾认为，报告以吉尔吉斯文、俄文为载体，为上合组织各成员国政党、智库、学界精准搭建读懂中国共产党、理解中国治国理政逻辑的桥梁，为各成员国开展政党交流、治国理政经验互学互鉴提供重要资料，助力各方依托“上海精神”深化政治互信，夯实构建更加紧密的上合组织命运共同体的思想根基。《习近平党建思想的时代特质与世界意义》智库报告中文版于7月2日在北京发布。
