新华社北京7月27日电（记者董雪、马卓言）外交部发言人林剑27日表示，上半年，中非贸易亮点纷呈。在地区热点问题外溢、单边主义和保护主义回潮背景下，中国以零关税坚定不移扩大高水平对外开放，彰显负责任大国担当，受到广大非洲国家普遍欢迎和国际社会高度赞赏。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：今年上半年中非贸易取得亮眼成绩，对非洲建交国全面实施零关税举措成效显著。请问发言人对此有何评论？林剑介绍，上半年，中非贸易亮点纷呈：一是总量加速跃升。中非进出口商品总额达1.41万亿元人民币，为历史同期最高，今年贸易总额有望再上新台阶。二是结构持续优化。据统计，中国对非出口75%是资本品和中间品，主要是满足非方工业化和农业现代化需要的生产性资料而非消费资料。三是非洲对华出口潜力不断释放。对非洲建交国全面实施零关税举措以后的5、6两个月，中国自非进口1938亿元人民币，同比增长23.5%。截至目前，非洲干辣椒、咖啡豆、腰果和野生水产品等四大类产品已实现区域一体准入。林剑说，国际贸易是双向选择，不存在强买强卖。“贸易不平衡”这类论调实际上是一些别有用心者炮制的话语陷阱，企图干扰中非友好合作。在地区热点问题外溢、单边主义和保护主义回潮背景下，中国以零关税坚定不移扩大高水平对外开放，彰显负责任大国担当，受到广大非洲国家普遍欢迎和国际社会高度赞赏。 “未来，中方将不断提升中非贸易便利化水平，以实际行动助力更多非洲优质特色产品进入中国市场，为构建新时代全天候中非命运共同体注入新动力。”他说。
