郑州联勤保障中心某大队以制度固化学习教育成效—— 整改硬碰硬举措实打实 ■李英超翟雪容夏日，郑州联勤保障中心某大队食堂内，几名战士围坐一起，对当日午餐菜品赞不绝口。多措并举提升伙食满意度、硬碰硬清理整治公寓住房、及时纠治困扰基层的“土政策”“土规定”……这一系列变化，源自该大队党委扎实开展树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育“回头看”。该大队领导介绍，此次“回头看”，他们重点围绕理论学习、思想辨析、作风检视、为兵服务、履职成效5个方面系统复盘，着力查找党委机关思想认识不到位、政绩导向存在偏差等问题。同时，大队党委坚持“当下改”与“长久立”相结合，注重在建章立制上下功夫，将前期学习教育总结的经验成果用制度形式固化下来，用铁规矩持续锻造好作风。连日来，该大队党委常委带头深入基层一线。针对偏远单位保障薄弱、服务基层“最后一公里”存在堵点等问题，大队党委机关坚持立行立改、现场督办，以实打实的惠兵举措体现学习教育成效。机关工作好不好，基层官兵最有发言权。为确保基层官兵反映意见建议的渠道畅通，该大队在设立党委线上信箱的基础上，制订一系列制度，对意见收集、处置时限、结果反馈、跟踪回访等环节进行明确规范，确保基层有意见、机关有回应。据了解，该大队把官兵满意度作为检验学习教育成效的重要标准，年初以来累计吸纳官兵合理建议30余条，办结各类诉求50余项。从提高伙食质量到优化人才培养机制……一项项措施落地实施，形成制度固化下来，受到官兵点赞。 “政绩不在文件里，在官兵的笑脸上。”该大队领导表示，他们将持续抓好问题查摆整改，建立健全树立和践行正确政绩观长效机制，持续校准党员干部干事创业导向，让正确履职、担当作为蔚然成风，不断将学习教育成果转化为推动部队高质量发展的自觉行动。
