来华之前，“现代化国家”是我从同事口中了解到的中国印象。当我真正来到中国，在中国人民解放军海军工程大学学习生活一段时间后，我对中国的认知有了更深刻的感悟。在我看来，中国不仅是现代化建设飞速发展的大国，更是一个把人民放在心中、把民生温度刻进发展进程的国家。这“温度”首先体现在无处不在的安全感上。前不久，武汉地铁“无人行李箱墙”走红社交网络。游客将行李箱靠墙摆放后就去游览。行李箱无人看管却无遗失，成为“中国式安全”的一张亮丽名片。这让我联想起自己的日常体验——在中国，无论是晚上搭乘网约车返校，还是日常出行，那份安心始终相伴。这份安全感正成为中国魅力的一部分，也是中国发展成就惠及民生的有力印证。 “中国式安全”绝非抽象概念，而是中国始终坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，持续完善社会治理、夯实民生保障取得的实际成果。今年5月，学校组织我们前往三峡大坝参观见学。宏大工程背后细致周全的民生安排，让我再次被这样的理念深深感动。这项世界级的水利工程，涉及百万民众的搬迁安置。对此，中国政府没有简单地让他们“搬走了事”，而是用数十年的时间，通过规划安置、产业扶持、就业保障、教育配套，帮助群众在移民新村重建家园、安居乐业。那一刻，我忽然懂得，评价一项伟大工程，技术难度与规模固然重要，但更要看它是否增进了人民的幸福、保障了群众的未来。中国在通往现代化的道路上，每个普通人都能共享发展红利。在重庆的见闻同样令人动容。乘坐轻轨穿行山城，同行的导游向我介绍了重庆的“背篓专线”——一条连接繁华中心城区和偏远农村的交通线，专为进城售卖农副产品的乡亲而设。考虑到有的菜农不熟悉普通话，部分站点还特别增设了方言播报，安检的时候也会给予方便。这种对普通劳动者辛勤付出的尊重与关怀，正是中国式现代化最朴实、最温暖的注脚。作为一名巴基斯坦军人，我对这种发展理念有着格外深切的感受。中国和巴基斯坦是全天候战略合作伙伴，两国铁杆友谊坚如磐石。这些年，两国在各领域务实合作成果丰硕，中国为巴基斯坦经济社会发展提供了强有力支持。以卡洛特水电站为例，作为“中巴经济走廊”能源合作优先实施项目，每年可为巴基斯坦提供32亿度清洁电能，有效缓解了电力短缺，惠及约500万民众。同时，中国企业的进驻创造了大量就业岗位，切实改善了当地民众的生活水平。中国式现代化的震撼之处，不仅在于人工智能、深空探测等前沿科技领域的瞩目成就，更体现在中国的发展蓝图关注到每个普通人的需求。这是一种有速度、有力量，更有温度的现代化。更为重要的是，中国式现代化道路所蕴含的以人为本的发展理念，为包括巴基斯坦在内的广大发展中国家实现自身发展梦想，提供了宝贵的中国经验。
