湖南省祁东县五四村村民肖双民为五十一名衡宝战役烈士确认身份—— 英烈墙上，有您的名字 ■付伟解放军报特约通讯员刘娴 7月的湘南，草木葱茏。湖南省祁东县黄土铺镇张飞岭至高处，一座崭新的衡宝战役烈士纪念碑巍然矗立，“革命烈士永垂不朽”八个大字苍劲醒目。 “时间可以冲淡很多东西，却抹不去老百姓心中的红色记忆。”站在纪念碑前，衡宝战役亲历者后代、黄土铺镇五四村村民肖双民告诉笔者，不久前，祁东县人武部和政府有关部门在纪念碑旁修建英烈墙，并刻上了已确认身份的51名烈士名字。环顾四周，肖双民难掩激动，那段烽火岁月仿佛历历在目：1949年，中国人民解放军第四野战军在黄土铺镇与国民党部队发生激战，四野第135师经两天两夜攻势作战，一举击败敌军。 1971年出生的肖双民，是土生土长的黄土铺人。他的祖父肖芳森，当年曾参与清理衡宝战役黄土铺战斗现场。肖双民的家就在山脚下，正对着当年135师405团指挥所旧址。在肖双民的记忆中，儿时在山坡上玩耍时，祖父总会反复叮嘱他：“山上烈士的坟茔千万不要踩踏。烈士是为了老百姓过上好日子牺牲的，他们是我们的亲人。” 2005年，祁东县人民政府在张飞岭为衡宝战役中牺牲的官兵修建集体公墓，肖双民主动请缨成为守墓人，经常到墓区打扫卫生、清理杂草。 2009年8月，衡宝战役60周年之际，原135师405团团长韦统泰回到黄土铺镇故地重游。肖双民从他那里得知，这片山坡长眠着300多名官兵，但由于年代久远、历史资料缺失，只有少数烈士有名有姓。长夜无眠，为无名烈士寻回姓名的念头萦绕在肖双民心头。他积极寻找联系参战老兵、英烈后代，先后收集到几十名衡宝战役英烈的名字。仅凭不完整记录和记忆留存下的名字，无法确认烈士身份。肖双民沿着当年135师405团的行军路线，联系沿线县志办、党史办，拜访老兵后代，逐一核实烈士籍贯、身份、参军时间，十几年中先后为51名烈士确认身份。年近40岁、现居内蒙古赤峰市的赵晓峰一直保存着祖父赵国祥当年寄回的家书：“战争即将结束，我会安全回来……”直到肖双民找到他，他才知道祖父已于1949年在黄土铺战斗中牺牲。 “还有位烈士叫孙荣富，他的家人一直以为他是在东北牺牲的，直到我联系上他们，才知道孙荣富牺牲在湖南。”肖双民说。抚摸着英烈墙上51名烈士的名字，肖双民话语中仍带着遗憾：“许多烈属守望一生都没能等来亲人的音讯。300多名烈士，现在只确认了51名。越往后，资料越难找，见证人也越来越少了。” 近年来，肖双民还兼职担任讲解员，为来瞻仰、祭奠衡宝战役烈士的参观者讲述革命历史、烈士故事。今年清明节，祁东县人武部组织全县专武干部、民兵代表和近百名师生开展“重走衡宝战役路线”红色教育活动，肖双民作为讲解员又一次踏上熟悉的山路。 “看到这么多人来看望烈士，主动了解那段历史，我心里头就觉得高兴。”肖双民说，“我还要继续为烈士寻找亲人、确定身份，让更多人记住他们的牺牲和奉献。”
