新华社北京7月24日电（记者马卓言、王宾）外交部发言人林剑24日在例行记者会上就菲律宾船只在中国黄岩岛海域侵权挑衅答问时表示，菲方应立即停止侵权挑衅和煽宣炒作。林剑表示，中国海警局已阐明事实真相。黄岩岛是中国固有领土。菲律宾有关船只蓄意冲闯在先，中方采取必要措施维护自身权利和安全，合理合法，现场操作专业规范，无可指摘。菲方应立即停止侵权挑衅和煽宣炒作。 “需要特别指出的是，菲方又一次安排记者参与侵权行动，蓄意挑衅滋事并借机炒作，人为制造海上紧张局势。这恰恰证明菲律宾就是南海和平稳定的破坏者和麻烦制造者。”林剑说。
