解放军报沈阳7月15日电受强降雨影响，牡丹江流域、嘎呀河部分区域水位超警戒线，沿线群众生命财产安全受到威胁。解放军和武警部队官兵、民兵持续奋战一线，开展防汛抢险。 15日，陆军某旅、空军某部、牡丹江军分区、图们市人武部、武警牡丹江支队等派出官兵、民兵，赴牡丹江宁安段、温春段及嘎呀河松林村段，加固堤防、抢筑子堤。针对辽宁抚顺市大伙房水库泄洪引发的蒲河漫堤风险，武警辽宁总队机动支队和武警沈阳支队派出600名官兵，赶赴蒲河潘家堡段、冷子堡段等巡堤排险、抢筑堤防。针对吉林通化市辉发河上游出现的堤坝管涌、渗漏等隐患，武警通化支队官兵坚守一线，加固堤坝、探漏堵涌。（综合任超、王毅、周春旭、徐书航，记者李庆桐，特约记者陈宇、荣俊运等来稿）
