前不久，基层传真版刊发了第82集团军某旅某连一名排长投来的稿件，文中结合他的亲身经历，对装备换季保养诸多细节进行了提醒。得知他们已经奔赴野外驻训，编辑再次与他沟通，追踪该连如今的整改情况，了解基层带兵人的新感悟。希望能为练兵备战工作带来更多启示，激励广大官兵练精技能本领，时刻做好全时待战、随时能战的准备。驻训前最后一个车炮场日，车场里充满着特有的忙碌。上次换季保养查出几起小隐患后，连队把每台车的检查项目拉成清单，战士们对照清单逐项过，流程比以往细致了不少。保养快收尾时，营里临时决定组织一次编队机动，检验车辆状态。我带着几名驾驶员跟车出发。指令刚下，驾驶员小李的车就出了问题——打火时发动机“吭哧”两声熄了，反复几次，车迟迟未动。我只好让他留下排查，指挥其余车辆先行出库。机动结束赶回车场，小李神情沮丧地报告：“电极柱烧了，接线头发热把线桩烧坏了。”几名战士围过来，大家脸上都有些挂不住——整个下午照着清单逐项保养，每根线头、每颗螺丝都查过，怎么还会出这种问题？有人推测蓄电池老化，有人怀疑线路破损。二级上士吴伟鹏没有急着下结论。他蹲下身，借手电光仔细查看接线柱和连接片，随后拿起扭力扳手，卡在紧固螺丝上用力一拧，抬头说：“这颗螺丝没拧到位。” 吴伟鹏卸下接线头，指着螺丝孔座说：“你感觉拧紧了，可扭矩还差着一大截。这型蓄电池接线柱的紧固规程写得明明白白——螺丝拧到垫片刚贴住线桩后，还要分两次加力，每次再旋紧60度，最后用扭力扳手校到规定力矩。你扳手一吃上劲，感觉拧不动就停了，其实垫片才刚压实，螺丝根本没‘吃进’角度。车一发动，电流激增，垫片松动虚接，高温自然会烧蚀线桩。” 见大伙都不吭声，吴伟鹏拿起扭力扳手当场演示：“干工作不能轻信感觉。手上那点准头，是靠成百上千次反复操作‘喂’出来的。经验能帮你发现哪不对劲，但到底合不合格，得靠标准说话，让仪器发言。” 当晚复盘会，大家都有一肚子感受。九班班长带头检讨：“我们班给轮胎补气，看胎壁不瘪，感觉差不多就没用气压表检测，事后一量，两台车都差着指标。”三班班长接过话：“上次清洗空气滤芯，看着冲洗干净了就装回去，觉得没堵就行，后来滤芯因为过湿吸纳了过多灰尘而拆除返工……” 赵连长晚点名时给大家说：“这件事给咱们全连提了个醒。干工作只凭感觉，迟早要摔跟头。把看似正常的表象一眼带过，本身就是不正常。从今天起，一切按程序来，让标准说话。” 第二天车场日，各班工具箱里不约而同多了几样东西：扭力扳手、气压表、游标卡尺……小李把新蓄电池装上车，严格按规程校准。车场里，扳手的咔哒声和气压表的读数声交叠在一起，听着格外踏实。
