7月15日，受强降雨影响，牡丹江流域水位超警戒线，沿线群众生命财产安全受到威胁。接到上级关于抗洪抢险命令后，驻守在人民空军起飞地的北部战区空军某部紧急受命，迅速抽调100余名官兵组建应急防汛抢险分队，出动15台保障车辆，携装8000余件抗洪物资，火速奔赴一线执行筑堤防汛任务。抵达任务地域牡丹江温春段后，据现场群众介绍，江水仍在持续上涨，随时存在漫堤风险。进行简短动员与任务分工，官兵迅速投入抢险作业，争分夺秒装填沙袋、加固堤坝。作业途中，任务区域突降暴雨、冰雹，雷声大作。面对紧急水情，全体官兵迎难而上、坚守一线。据悉，该部负责加固地势最低的400米堤坝段，官兵们传承老航校先辈的战斗意志，用实际行动践行“洪水不退、我们不退”的铮铮誓言，全力守护人民群众生命财产安全。至7月16日凌晨1点19分，经过近9个小时的连续奋战，该部官兵完成长400米、宽1.5米、高1米的筑堤任务。（田野徐书航张政徐建张艺赢）
