近日，台风“美莎克”裹挟狂风暴雨席卷八桂大地。作为广西壮族自治区退役军人事务厅工作人员，笔者从自治区各级退役军人事务部门报送的信息中，看到一群逆行在风雨中的身影。这群逆行者有一个共同的名字——退役军人。 7月7日深夜23时，南宁市宾阳县露圩镇大宋村遭遇洪水围困已超30小时，急救药品和生活物资告急，陆路交通中断。危急关头，经营一家无人机技术服务企业的退役军人吴素军，迅速组织了一支退役军人无人机应急救援团队，第一时间赶到村外高地。笔者从现场传回的视频画面中看到，水汽模糊了镜头，老兵们蹲在临时搭建的雨棚下，熟练操控无人机摇杆。一架架无人机腾空而起，载着救生衣、药品和方便食品，扎进漆黑的雨夜。吴素军在电话中告诉笔者，他经营的这家企业现有20名员工，均为退役军人。此前，他们曾多次参加应急救援任务。在此次救援中，老兵们克服阵风干扰、视线较差等困难，持续开展空中巡查、被困人员定位、应急物资空中吊运等工作。视线转向北部湾沿海，汛情同样严峻。受台风与天文大潮叠加影响，防城港市遭遇狂风、特大暴雨、风暴潮三重侵袭，海水倒灌，多地积水及腰。该市港口区企沙镇海堤受海浪冲击出现缺口后，镇武装部部长、退役军人佟旭带领该镇退役军人抢险队扛沙袋、堵缺口，在风浪中连续作业6小时，确保了海堤安全。在防城区街巷，退役军人刘营、廖庆波蹚着齐腰深的浑水，配合消防人员逐户敲门排查，安全转移7名被困群众。防城港北站周边主干道被淤泥和倒木封堵，一支队员平均年龄52岁的退役军人志愿服务队赶了过来，挥锹铲泥、徒手搬树，3小时内打通2公里受阻路段，保障了道路畅通。 “我们于7月6日发出倡议，号召广大退役军人投身抢险救灾、灾后重建工作，短短1天内就有1000余名老兵报名响应。”防城港市退役军人事务局工作人员介绍。镜头转向横州市。随着六蓝、云表等水库相继出现漫顶、缺口险情，下游多个村镇大面积内涝。在新福镇彭岭村，见洪水不断漫进村民家中，退役军人、驻村第一书记宋思润当机立断，把村小学改造成临时安置点。他带着村干部逐户敲门，老人走不动就背，孩子受了惊就抱，一趟趟往返于齐膝深的积水里。那一夜，安置点的灯亮到天明，宋思润裹着单薄的雨衣，一直巡查到天亮。从乡村到城市，从深夜到黎明，从无人机的航灯到手电筒的微光，此轮汛情中，广西退役军人不改军人本色，义无反顾冲锋在抗洪救灾一线。他们身份各不相同：有军创企业技术骨干，有驻村第一书记……在人民群众需要的时候，早已脱下军装的老兵们，又一次站成兵的模样。
