“七一”前夕，习主席前往山东省德州市考察，深入田间地头，调研农村基层党组织建设和乡村振兴，走进农民家中共话幸福生活，寄语党员干部群众：“105年来我们党团结带领全国各族人民不懈奋斗，创造了无愧于历史和人民的伟大成就。现在，我们正阔步行进在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程上，要齐心协力走好新的长征路，开创更加光明的未来，不断满足人民对美好生活的向往。”习主席的话语催人奋进、鼓舞人心，激励广大干部群众真抓实干向未来。齐心协力、团结奋斗历来是我党我军的政治优势和制胜法宝，是凝聚人心、走向成功的重要保证。稳经济、促发展，战贫困、建小康，控疫情、抗大灾，应变局、化危机……回首新时代波澜壮阔的征程，中国人民一次又一次唱响团结奋斗之歌，以超强的向心力、凝聚力、团结力和战斗力，爬坡过坎、攻城拔寨，取得举世瞩目的成就。 “上下同欲者胜，风雨同舟者兴。”今年是红军长征胜利90周年。一部红军长征史，也是一部红军将士团结一心、生死相依、并肩战斗的历史。一代人有一代人的长征路，一代人要走好一代人的长征路。今天，我们正处于实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键时期。这是一个船到中流浪更急、人到半山路更陡的时候，是一个愈进愈难、愈进愈险而又不进则退、非进不可的时候。新的长征路上，虽不闻金沙水拍，但也要跃峡谷闯激流；虽未见大渡桥横，但也要攀铁索涉险滩。“此生留得豪情在，再作长征岂畏难。”无论遇到多么大的困难，无论遇到什么样的挑战，只要我们大力弘扬伟大长征精神，始终坚持齐心协力、风雨同舟、患难与共，就没有跨越不了的沟坎、战胜不了的敌人。围绕明确奋斗目标形成的团结才是最牢固的团结，依靠紧密团结进行的奋斗才是最有力的奋斗。习主席在中央军委政治工作会议上强调，确保人民军队“始终团结奋斗”。当前，实现建军一百年奋斗目标进入决胜攻坚的关键阶段。各级党组织和党员干部只有更加坚定地团结一致、勠力同心，携手并肩、共同奋斗，才能形成上下同欲、无坚不摧的强大合力，推动强军事业一步一个脚印迈向新高度。 “积力之所举，则无不胜也；众智之所为，则无不成也。”我们靠团结奋斗创造了辉煌历史，还要靠团结奋斗开辟美好未来。面对强国强军的宏伟蓝图与风高浪急的考验挑战，各级党组织和党员干部应鼓足团结奋斗的精气神，凝聚“想在一起”的团结之心，激发“干在一起”的奋斗之力，人人知责于心、担责于身、履责于行，个个全心投入、全力以赴、全面发力，努力为强军事业艰苦奋斗、顽强奋斗、不懈奋斗，努力创造无愧于时代、无愧于人民、无愧于历史的辉煌业绩。
