新华社北京7月14日电（记者马卓言、曹嘉玥）外交部发言人林剑14日表示，“南海仲裁案”一纸非法“裁决”，不会改变中国对南海诸岛及其附近海域拥有主权、主权权利和管辖权的历史和事实，不会动摇中国维护主权和海洋权益的决心和意志，不会影响中国同直接当事国通过谈判协商解决有关争议的政策和立场。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：据了解，南海安全圆桌对话7月13日在香港特区举行，外交部与会代表再次驳斥有关“南海仲裁案”的谬论，发言人能否介绍有关情况？林剑说，正如外交部代表在南海安全圆桌对话上所表示的，“南海仲裁案”本质上是一出披着法律外衣的政治闹剧。10年前，所谓的“仲裁庭”越权管辖，枉法裁判，作出非法、无效的“裁决”。10年来，越来越多的有识之士看清“南海仲裁案”的真实面目，众多国家实践和国际司法机构对有关案件的处理也不同于裁决。中国不接受、不参与仲裁，不接受、不承认“裁决”，正是以实际行动维护国际法治和国际海洋秩序。 “‘南海仲裁案’一纸非法‘裁决’，不会改变中国对南海诸岛及其附近海域拥有主权、主权权利和管辖权的历史和事实，不会动摇中国维护主权和海洋权益的决心和意志，不会影响中国同直接当事国通过谈判协商解决有关争议的政策和立场。”林剑说，中国将继续同地区国家一道，维护南海的和平与安全，促进地区的繁荣与发展。
