不久前的一天午后，教导员突然告诉我，组织有意将我调整到一排任职，征求一下我的意见。得知这个消息，我心里十分纠结——在我们连，一排几乎事事冲在前头，是大项任务和荣誉表彰的“主力军”。到一排任职，意味着组织对我的认可与信任，也意味着我在日后更容易出成绩、进步会更快。但毕业至今，我一直在三排任职，全部心思都放在三排的建设上。 “教导员，我得想想……”“行，好好考虑一下，想清楚后来找我。” 回到宿舍时，战友们已经开始午休，我轻手轻脚地上床躺下，脑子里全是排里的情况。刚来任职时，排里成绩平平，平时各项工作在连里总是“慢半拍”。那段时间，我和3个班的班长常常围坐在一起，琢磨怎么抓训练、改作风。在大家的不懈努力下，排里的建设如今已渐渐有了起色：原本提起跑步就唉声叹气的义务兵阮兴鹏，前不久在旅里组织的比武竞赛中，取得了5公里武装越野第二名的好成绩；中士尹增新被推荐担任连队采购员后，积极发挥自身优势，解决了连队“报销慢、采购慢”的难题；上等兵李永涛为人踏实肯干、军事素质过硬，原本留队意愿强烈，但因家中突发情况产生了退役想法，我们及时向上级汇报，帮他解决了家中困难，前两天，他还来向我咨询留队政策…… 下午训练间隙，我站在场边出神，3名班长走了过来：“距离建制排比武还有不到两个月，我们班小刘跑步有点费劲儿，咱们要不要给他‘开开小灶’”“我们班小商正在教导队参加集训，快要结业考核了，需不需要从排里抽两名骨干帮他强化训练一下”“小刘交给我吧，我正想和您商量怎么制订分层训练计划，帮大家补补短板，争取在运动会上多拿几块奖牌”…… 他们3人你一言我一语，将我的纷乱思绪拽回当下。我们从接下来的工作计划聊到过往工作中发生的趣事，直到训练再次展开。场边又只剩下我一人，眼前是排里战友刻苦训练的身影，耳边是震耳欲聋的喊杀声，与3名班长的对话还在心头回荡……我突然“考虑好了”——和战友一同前行，我已经走了这么远，难道要这时候离开吗？一排是连队“标杆”不错，但这是一排官兵共同努力奋进的结果。只要全排战友齐心协力，我们三排也能获得大家的认可。闻言，教导员眼中闪过一丝惊讶，随即笑着说道：“好！我等着，看看三排什么时候超过一排！”
