用群众的观点看政绩 ■姜山习主席指出：“中国共产党把为民办事、为民造福作为最重要的政绩，把为老百姓办了多少好事实事作为检验政绩的重要标准。”当前，树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育正在深入扎实开展。军队党员干部要认真学习贯彻习主席重要讲话精神，用群众的观点看政绩，将官兵是否满意、是否拥护，作为衡量工作成效的标准，踏踏实实干事创业，努力创造经得起实践、人民、历史检验的实绩。民心是最大的政治。政绩分量足不足，最终都要在民心这杆秤上称一称。对军队党员干部来说，政绩既体现在全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨上，坚持为人民扛枪、为人民打仗，当好党、国家和人民利益的坚定捍卫者；也体现在想官兵所想、急官兵所急、解官兵所忧上，把官兵的小事当成大事，真正下功夫解决好官兵的急难愁盼问题，不断提升官兵获得感、幸福感。军队党员干部应深入贯彻党的群众路线，查摆问题广泛征求官兵意见，整改整治情况适时向官兵通报，工作成效主动接受官兵评判，以立行立改、真抓实改的实际行动徙木立信；用心用情用力服务官兵，把好事办好、实事办实、难事办妥，让学习教育成效真正转化为强军兴军的强大动力。
