毕业致辞并非“华丽祝词” ■哲之 “请原谅我不敢用堆砌起来的一组形容词来祝福你们。”前不久，北京大学哲学系主任程乐松的一篇毕业致辞在社交平台上刷屏，通篇没有堆砌“前程似锦”的华丽祝词，也没有刻意打磨的金句，文中把每年的毕业致辞比作“一年一度的作文大赛”，坦言老师们也会为撑住场面、比拼新词暗自焦虑。有网友留言说，翻遍致辞全文找不到一句“万能寄语”，却一字一句都说到了毕业生的心里。还有人评论，没有端着的师长架子，没有居高临下的说教。 “熬过来了，就配得上现在你们得到的赞许和祝福”“离别不过是人生的转场，同行者的变化会让回忆酝酿出温暖的底色”“生活是葱茏的山谷、粗糙的地面，不是爽感丝滑的体验清单、抽象的成功人生地图”……读这些话的时候，不像是在听毕业致辞，更像是和一位通透的朋友聊天，充满哲学思辨的人生洞见，直抵人心、抚慰人心。程乐松的致辞之所以打动人，秘诀不在语句的排列、文字的技巧上。仔细想想，他的致辞之所以“出圈”，恰恰是因为打破了一种“惯例”：越是正式的场合，发言就越要“滴水不漏”。长期以来，毕业致辞总包含一种“期待的成功学”，但程乐松主动把这种期待抛开了，轻轻地接住了毕业生的迷茫和焦虑。他坦言，自己不用一堆形容词去祝福，因为那“是用败坏的言语贬损了祝福的真诚”。这种坦诚，在金句化堆砌、模板化表达的当下尤为珍贵。不知从何时起，各类公开致辞渐渐生出了一种“执念”。仿佛一篇发言里，没有几句别致精巧的表达，就算不上有水平；仿佛辞藻越华丽，发言的分量就越重。致辞的人挖空心思攒金句，听的人走马观花找亮点，到头来热热闹闹一场，真正能沉到心里的观点反倒不多。就像喝了一瓶按配方精确勾兑的碳酸饮料，然后打了一个嗝——一时很爽，但没有回味。更值得警惕的是，随着AI工具的普及，找模板、拼金句，生成一篇文采绚丽的致辞早已不是难事。语言的意义是表达，没有人会否认金句的光彩。但当表达的重心从“传递真心”转向“雕琢金句”，就难免本末倒置。离开了真诚这个底色，再漂亮的金句也只是没有灵魂的空壳，再精巧的句式也不过是自我感动的表演。长此以往，“精致”的文字越来越多，人与人也会越来越远。毛泽东同志曾说，“谈话时须站在同志的地位，用诚恳的态度和他说话”。对军队领导干部来说，要想把话说进战士心坎里，靠的从来不是话术的雕琢、程式的复读，而是一颗真诚相待的心。平日里不妨多些平视的姿态，少些居高临下的口吻；多讲拉家常的实在话，少讲空泛的大道理；多在大家关心的话题里找共鸣，把道理揉进点滴小事里讲，把关怀落在官兵的具体难处上，以真心换真心，用真情暖兵心，从而凝聚起强军路上并肩同行的强大合力。
