新华社北京7月14日电（记者曹嘉玥、马卓言）外交部发言人林剑14日在例行记者会上说，中方对海湾地区军事冲突再起深表关切，呼吁相关各方保持理性克制。尽早恢复海峡正常安全通行是国际社会共同愿望，相关各方应相向而行，妥善处理。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：美国无视中方多次反对，宣布对伊朗实施海上封锁。中方会否采取具体措施减轻美方封锁对伊朗的影响？会否深化同伊朗的经济、军事合作？将会采取什么措施？林剑说，中方对海湾地区军事冲突再起深表关切，呼吁相关各方顺应国际和地区求和平稳定的强烈呼声，保持理性克制，维护来之不易的停火局面，防止战火重燃，更不应让战事扩大、伤及无辜。尊重霍尔木兹海峡沿岸国合法权益，尽早恢复海峡正常安全通行是国际社会共同愿望。相关各方应相向而行，妥善处理。中方愿继续秉持习近平主席四点主张精神，为推动中东海湾局势降温趋稳作出不懈努力。
