第九届军事文化论坛在京举行解放军报讯特约记者林梓栋报道：日前，由国防大学军事文化学院、中国传媒大学联合主办，中国文联理论研究室协办的第九届军事文化论坛在京举行。来自军队院校和科研机构、基层部队、驻京有关文化艺术单位及地方高校等单位的百余名专家、论文获奖代表参加论坛。本届论坛以“激发创新创造活力繁荣发展强军文化”为主题，总结强军文化建设经验，交流部队文化建设实践方法，共谋繁荣发展强军文化。论坛上，与会人员围绕强军文化建设、军事文艺创作、军事文化传播等，从不同学科背景、研究视角，聚焦当前强军文化建设瓶颈难题、官兵所思所盼现实问题、行业前沿热点课题及军事文化理论体系建设等作发言交流。据了解，本届论坛是自2017年军事文化论坛创办以来，首次由军地联合举办，参评论文数量和质量均创新高。
