新华社北京7月14日电（记者马卓言、邵艺博）7月14日是坦赞铁路全线正式通车50周年纪念日。外交部发言人林剑当日在例行记者会上答问时表示，站在新的历史起点上，中方愿同坦赞双方共同推进好坦赞铁路激活和繁荣带建设，共同打造自由、发展、友谊、幸福、绿色、和谐之路，助力三国及地区国家共筑现代化。林剑说，坦赞铁路是中非友谊的历史丰碑。50多年前，中国在自身经济十分困难的情况下毅然决定援建坦赞铁路，有力支持地区国家民族解放和发展建设事业。中坦赞三国人民在建设坦赞铁路过程中手挽手、肩并肩，共同铸就了伟大的坦赞铁路精神，为后人留下了宝贵的精神财富。林剑说，2024年9月，习近平主席同坦桑尼亚总统哈桑、赞比亚总统希奇莱马共同见证签署《坦赞铁路激活项目谅解备忘录》，标志着坦赞铁路进入了新的历史时刻。2025年11月，李强总理在访问赞比亚期间，同赞比亚总统希奇莱马、坦桑尼亚副总统恩钦比共同出席了坦赞铁路激活项目开工仪式，三国政府共同发表关于携手打造坦赞铁路繁荣带的联合声明。 “站在新的历史起点上，中方愿同坦赞双方共同推进好坦赞铁路激活和繁荣带建设，共同打造自由、发展、友谊、幸福、绿色、和谐之路，助力三国及地区国家共筑现代化，为新时代全天候中非命运共同体建设注入新的不竭动力。”林剑说。
