多国人士批评一小撮国家炒作所谓“裁决”出台十年据新华社北京7月13日电综合新华社驻外记者报道：针对美国、菲律宾、澳大利亚、日本等国12日发表所谓“纪念南海仲裁案裁决”十年联合声明，多国政要、学者接受新华社记者采访时表示，坚定支持中国维护在南海的领土主权和海洋权益。所谓“裁决”非法、无效，一小撮国家借所谓“裁决”出台十年挑衅滋事，将导致地区局势更加不稳定。缅甸联邦议会人民院议员埃千认为，所谓“裁决”，不过是有些国家故意在南海问题上挑事。“中国已经多次强调，南海有关争议应当由直接有关的当事国通过谈判协商解决。这一表态再明确不过了。” 坦桑尼亚《卫报》国际版主编本杰明·姆加纳表示，国际社会应尊重中国与东盟国家推进“南海行为准则”磋商的努力。“对于包括非洲国家在内的广大发展中国家而言，我们更加关注和平稳定的发展环境。作为重要国际航运通道，南海和平稳定符合国际社会共同利益。” 古巴国际政治研究中心学者爱德华多·雷加拉多认为，一些国家在所谓“裁决”出台十年之时，试图炒作对中国不利的政治外交叙事。美国及其他域外国家持续在南海加强军事部署，将导致地区局势更加不稳定，压缩通过谈判解决问题的空间。克罗地亚政治分析师姆拉登·普莱舍说，中国在南海拥有历史性权利。任何强加的、不公正的解决方案都将让问题更加复杂化。“一些国家尤其是美国应该明白，问题不能用武力解决，国际法必须得到尊重，否则只会加剧局势紧张。”
