新华社北京5月13日电（记者万倩仪、董雪）外交部发言人郭嘉昆13日表示，世界上一切爱好和平的国家和日本人民，都应共同抵制日本右翼势力“再军事化”的妄动，共同遏制日本“新型军国主义”成势为患。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：自从高市政府宣布推动修宪以来，日本各界出现大量反对声音，甚至出现几十年来规模最大的反战抗议活动。“恐惧”“担忧”“警惕”“愤怒”成为受访民众的高频词。媒体评论称，修改宪法第9条将撼动日本“和平国家”的自我认同，引发社会撕裂。发言人对此有何评论？郭嘉昆表示，历史是一面镜子。20世纪上半叶，日本民众亲眼目睹自己的国家一步步走向军国主义、沦为战争机器，饱尝战争恶果，最懂得日本政府承诺永不再战的意义。如今，高市政府却企图抛弃和平主义，背弃战后国际社会接纳日本的根本前提，撕毁日本民众世代珍视的“和平国家”共识。郭嘉昆说，日本右翼势力推动扩军备武、突破和平宪法和国际法、国内法规制，是要打造所谓“战争国家”吗？是想在亚太地区重燃战火吗？右翼势力打着“自卫”的幌子，渲染所谓“外部威胁”，绑架的是本国百姓的民生福祉，冲击的是亚太地区的和平稳定。日本国内爆发几十年来最大规模的反战抗议活动，正说明各界人士日益意识到，重走军国主义的回头路，是一条不归路。“世界上一切爱好和平的国家和日本人民，都应共同抵制日本右翼势力‘再军事化’的妄动，共同遏制日本‘新型军国主义’成势为患。”他说。
