西藏军区某旅发挥官兵主体作用增强教育活力—— “士兵微课堂”高原开讲 ■解放军报特约记者李松原 “当时，我驾驶的车辆突发故障，情况十分危险……”仲夏时节，西藏军区某旅新一期“士兵微课堂”如期开讲，某连二级上士梁志文登上讲台，讲述自己在高原险路上的亲身经历，分享自己面对危险沉着应对的心得体会。授课结束后，不少技术骨干围在梁志文身边交流经验，现场气氛热烈。 “基层官兵既是教育的主体，也是鲜活的教育资源。多让教育主体唱主角，永远是部队思想政治教育保持生机活力的源泉所在。”该旅领导介绍，为进一步激发教育活力、增强教育实效，他们探索以多种形式开设“士兵微课堂”，鼓励不同层级、不同岗位、不同专业的官兵登上讲台，讲述亲身经历、分享成长感悟。实践中，该旅注重发挥官兵特长，采取短视频、动漫等官兵喜闻乐见的形式组织授课，调动大家的学习热情；紧扣战备训练任务设置授课主题，将教育课堂灵活嵌入训练一线，与练兵备战有机结合、深度融合；打破建制壁垒，建立优质课程评选推广机制，在全旅范围内大力推广精品课。该旅一次“士兵教员”授课比武中，某连二级上士郑明讲述了休假期间勇救落水儿童的经历，令官兵深受触动；另一名“士兵教员”田硕，通过分享身边战友勇担使命、奋勇冲锋的鲜活事例，激励更多官兵立足岗位精武强能。一堂堂案例精彩、情感真挚的教育授课，赢得官兵普遍好评。“身边人身边事是开展思想政治教育的‘活教材’，只要用心去发现、去挖掘，就能让教育更具情感的力量，直击官兵心灵。”走下讲台，田硕深有感触地说。 “士兵微课堂”不仅是教育阵地，也是该旅机关和基层之间的“连心桥”。一次课后交流中，一名战士谈及差旅费报销流程繁琐方面的话题，在官兵中引起共鸣。机关财务科得知情况后，立即研究改进，推出“一站式”报销服务，受到基层官兵欢迎。“没想到，我随口一提，机关竟然这么重视！”谈及机关作风的转变，这名战士感慨地说。激发教育活力，蓄足练兵动力。据介绍，今年以来，该旅官兵在一系列实战化演训任务中表现突出，多个专业课目考核成绩较去年显著提升。
