●养成常“复盘”的习惯，在回顾过往中明得失、补短板，用“复盘”不断积蓄前行的力量围棋棋手在对弈结束后，无论输赢都会进行复盘推演，反思对局中招法的优劣与得失，以使自己的棋艺不断提高。棋艺如此，人生亦如此，需要对走过的路、做过的事经常“复盘”，在回顾总结中不断校准方向、稳步前行。在我党我军历史上，刘伯承同志堪称善于“复盘”的典范。革命战争年代，每次战斗一结束，他就催促参战部队作总结报告，而且要求报告一定要在班排连群众性评战果、评指挥的基础上，实事求是地写出来，力求准确，反对浮夸。尽管定陶战役取得了胜利，但他依然对战术层面的问题提出诸多批评和反思。正是靠着这种胜也“复盘”、败也“复盘”的精神，他在许多战役后都留下了言之有物的总结，给指战员以启发，创造了诸多经典战例。战场上，“复盘”是打胜仗的诀窍之一；人生路上，“复盘”同样是一种修身的良方。晚清名臣曾国藩，数十年坚持以写日记的方式“复盘”每日言行，与人交谈是否失言、独处时是否心生杂念等，都如实记录，毫不避讳自身过错。靠着每日自省、经常“复盘”的功夫，曾国藩不断完善自身，终成一代修身楷模。现实中，有人干事也尽心尽力，可能力水平始终在低层次徘徊，付出与收获不成正比；还有人得过且过，工作走一步算一步，好的做法没有一以贯之，小错误一犯再犯；更有甚者，第一步就走错了路，却不能迷途知返，在错误的道路上渐行渐远。究其原因，都是疏于“复盘”的结果。 “复盘”的本质，是反求诸己，在向内审视中实现自我突破。成长路上，犯点错在所难免，可怕的是知错不改、一错再错，在同一个地方摔倒。“复盘”就如同对镜自照，从中既要看到自身的优点，坚定前进信心；更要细察瑕疵不足，找准改进方向。让“复盘”发挥作用，必须敢于刀口向内，掌握正确方法。首先要实事求是。“复盘”取得实效的前提是客观，应像刘伯承所讲的那样，力求准确，有一说一，不夸大成绩，不回避问题，抛开主观情绪，以事实为依据，从而真正看清得失。其次是深挖根源。对的地方要知道为什么对，错的地方要知道为什么错，敢于把自己的问题放在“聚光灯”下检视，在总结经验教训中明晰成败得失，避免再犯同样的错。最后要对标对表。常和过去的自己比，看看进步了没有；常和既定的目标比，看看有没有走偏；常和优秀的标杆比，看看有没有差距。 “复盘”不是为了沉湎过往、否定自我，而是为了更好地总结经验，聚力再出发。青年官兵正处在世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期，每一次选择、每一次试错，都关乎能否扣好人生第一粒扣子，关乎个人的成长进步和事业的长远发展。养成常“复盘”的习惯，在回顾过往中明得失、补短板，用“复盘”不断积蓄前行的力量，才能使自己在人生道路上把正方向、行稳致远。
