湖南省益阳军分区援建安化县东华完全小学—— “国防课堂”育新人 ■肖腾蒋艳海军益阳舰官兵教学生打绳结。蒋艳摄学期期末考试前，湖南省安化县东华完全小学（以下简称东华完小）迎来一群特殊的“客人”——来自海军益阳舰的12名官兵。他们走进校园参观学校国防教育陈设、观看学生表演擒敌拳，还在礼堂给师生们上了一堂精彩的国防教育课。这次到访，是学生们与益阳舰官兵的约定：2024年人民海军成立75周年之际，东华完小师生为官兵送去亲手制作的礼物和真挚的祝福。益阳舰官兵承诺，有机会到“第二故乡”益阳，一定会到学校看望他们。今年6月26日，在益阳市军地协调下，这个约定终于得以实现。 “在学期末邀请海军官兵走进学校，与学生交流互动，不仅是学校国防教育的阶段性总结，更是益阳市军地共建‘八一爱民学校’成果的一次验收。”东华完小校长高飞说。位于安化县梅城镇启安村的东华完小，建校时间虽长，但由于地处山村，一直以来校舍简陋、功能教室短缺、运动场地陈旧。学校教师冷美婷介绍，在这里读书的大多是周边山村里的孩子，很多都是留守儿童。 2021年，益阳军分区开始对口帮扶东华完小。面对学校实际状况，益阳军分区经过调研决定，按需求分步骤为学校硬件进行提档升级，优化办学条件。2022年3月，东华完小挂牌“八一爱民学校”。高飞介绍，军分区援建5年来，学校教学楼维修翻新，音美教室、图书阅览室、电脑室相继建成；室内外运动场地整修，大山里的校园展现出新面貌。 “现在我们乡村的孩子在家门口就能享受到优质的教育资源，学校办学水平大幅提升。”冷美婷说，除了硬件条件改善，东华完小的国防教育也在部队支持下得到了强化。走进东华完小，校园里有“国防教育园地”，围墙上是一块块国防知识展板，走廊上橱窗里贴着学生们绘制的国防主题绘画。“这是学校推行‘全科国防’融合教学的成果。语文课诵读红色经典，道德与法治课普及国家安全知识，体育课融入军事体能与队列训练。此外，每周固定开设国防教育必修课，系统讲授军事常识、国防法规和强军故事，真正实现国防教育进教材、进课堂、进头脑。”高飞介绍，学校还聘请多名优秀退役军人担任专职国防教官，常态化驻校指导。与海军益阳舰互动，开展舰校联教共育，也是益阳军分区强化学校国防教育的一项特色活动。2024年，东华完小获评“全国国防教育示范学校”。军事体能与队列训练增强了学生们的体质。近年来，学校篮球、田径、乒乓球队多次荣获镇、县级冠亚军。学校国防教育办学经验在全县乃至全市推广，多次接待兄弟学校观摩交流。针对学生中留守儿童多的现状，益阳军分区还持续开展捐资助学行动，5年来累计帮扶家庭困难学生超500人次。
