●不为歪风所惑、不为利益所诱、不为流俗所扰，始终保持革命军人的浩然正气北宋名臣包拯有诗云：“清心为治本，直道是身谋。”这句诗的意思是，摒除私欲、保持清正，是做人做事的根本；坚守正道、坦荡行事，是立身处世的良策。包拯秉持“直道而行”的人生信条，一生铁面无私、秉公执法，成为名扬千古的清官典范。所谓“直道”，就是要行得端、坐得正，凡事出于公心、秉持公道。对于今天的军队年轻干部来说，同样应当涵养“直道而行”的品质，不为歪风所惑、不为利益所诱、不为流俗所扰，始终保持革命军人的浩然正气。纵观古今，许多人秉持“大丈夫行事，当直道而行”的人生信条，以光明磊落的品格立身行事。唐代名臣魏征，前后进谏二百余事，哪怕触怒君王也毫不退缩，辅佐唐太宗开创贞观之治。口蜜腹剑的李林甫，身居宰相之位却以谄媚固宠，妒贤嫉能、堵塞言路，致使朝纲败坏、正气不彰，最终落得身败名裂的下场。背离了直道、放弃了原则，面对权欲就会弯下脊梁。现实中，一些年轻干部“前脚刚踏上仕途，后脚就步入歧途”，一个重要原因就是心思偏移、行事失正，在人情往来、利益诱惑面前节节失守，不仅毁掉了个人前程，更会削弱部队战斗力。军队年轻干部当从这些反面典型中深刻汲取教训，扣好军旅生涯的第一粒扣子，将涵养“直道而行”的品质作为立身之本。正心明道，做到心有所畏。明代吕坤有言：“畏则不敢肆而德以成，无畏则从其所欲而及于祸。”一个人心中有所敬畏，言行才会有规矩，行事才会有边界。这种敬畏，是对党纪国法的尊崇，是对手中权力的审慎，更是对官兵信任的珍视。当敬畏成为一种思维习惯、一种内在自觉，正直就会成为融入血脉的品格。以上率下，做到行有所止。“其身正，不令而行；其身不正，虽令不从。”军队年轻干部身处带兵一线，一言一行都连着基层风气，一举一动都关乎官兵信任。公正无私，方能一呼百应；光明磊落，才能凝聚军心。军队年轻干部只有把“公”字举过头顶，把“正”字刻在心间，训练考核不掺水分，评功评奖不徇私情，入党考学不搞暗箱操作，日常管理不搞特殊照顾，才能在官兵中立起威信，提升部队凝聚力、向心力、战斗力。修身正行，做到始终如一。保持正直的品格，不是一时一事的热血冲动，而是一生一世的不懈坚持。有的年轻干部刚任职时豪情满怀、一身正气，时间一长便放松了自我要求，在“大家都这样”的随波逐流中模糊了是非界限，在“下不为例”的自我宽慰中降低了标准要求，最终从“破纪”走向“违法”。军队年轻干部当始终保持“赶考”的清醒和坚定，常掸思想之尘、常破心中之贼、常思贪欲之害、常怀律己之心，顺境逆境不移志，大事小节不逾矩，工作生活不失节，稳得住心神、抵得住诱惑、守得住底线，如此方能在人生的道路上走得稳健扎实。
