以信念、人格、实干立身 ■归涛为政之道，修身为本。习主席强调，要教育引导广大党员干部“做到以信念、人格、实干立身”。对党员干部而言，唯有不断筑牢信仰之基、补足精神之钙、把稳思想之舵，坚守真理、坚守正道、坚守原则、坚守规矩，才能创造出经得起实践、人民和历史检验的政绩，留下值得称道的政声。笃信马克思主义、坚定理想信念，是共产党人的立身之本。从夏明翰“砍头不要紧，只要主义真”的慷慨赴死，到方志敏“敌人只能砍下我们的头颅，决不能动摇我们的信仰”的铁血丹心；从王进喜拼命也要拿下大油田的铿锵誓言，到黄文秀为脱贫攻坚献出宝贵生命……无数共产党人用热血和生命诠释了对主义的坚守、对信仰的执着、对党的忠诚。心中有信仰，脚下有力量。党员干部把坚定理想信念作为终身课题，做到在任何时候任何情况下都不改其心、不移其志、不毁其节，就能让理想信念之光照亮前行之路，推动强军事业乘风破浪、扬帆远航。邓小平同志指出：“共产党人干事业，一靠真理的力量，二靠人格的力量。”1935年3月，刘伯坚同志不幸被俘，他在家书中叮嘱兄嫂，绝不许找国民党旧交权贵疏通营救，否则便是丧失“革命者的人格”。1935年3月21日，刘伯坚怀着真理必胜、革命必胜的信念，牺牲于江西大余，年仅40岁。人格魅力是党员干部人品、气质、能力的综合反映，也是干事创业、带兵打仗的重要力量。党员干部只有坚持把真理力量与人格力量统一起来，以身作则、率先垂范，做知行合一、表里如一的模范，才能言之足以服人、召之足以率人、行之足以示人、德之足以化人。大道至简，实干为要。实干是成事之基、立业之本，也是我党我军的优良传统。延安时期的359旅，打仗是劲旅，生产是模范。在极端困难的情况下，王震同志一手扛枪、一手挥镐，带领359旅官兵凭着冲天干劲，硬是把“处处是荒山”的南泥湾建成了“陕北的好江南”。信念与人格不落到行动上，就是空中楼阁。部队是要打仗的，一丝一毫都空不得、虚不得。党员干部应涵养实干的品格，保持实干的姿态，当好笃行实干的“排头兵”，下实功、出实招，做实事、求实效，以真抓的实劲、敢抓的狠劲、善抓的巧劲、常抓的韧劲，把各项工作落到实处、抓出成效。信念固根、人格塑形、实干见效，三者相辅相成，共同构成党员干部安身立命、干事创业的根本。当前，强军事业正处于爬坡过坎、攻坚克难的关键阶段，迫切需要党员干部以信念、人格、实干立身。广大党员干部坚持以坚定信念固本培元、以高尚人格感召官兵、以真抓实干推动工作，就一定能立起新时代革命军人的好样子，凝聚起攻坚建军百年、奋进强军一流的磅礴力量。
